CreditoNL processes personal data needed to manage credit applications, authenticate users, and keep the service secure.

We may collect: name and contact details, account identifiers, identity documents or receipts you upload, activity history inside the portal, IP address, and technical access logs.

We use this data to: process and follow up on applications; communicate about case status; meet legal and fraud-prevention duties; and improve platform stability and security.

We keep information while there is an active relationship with you and for the periods required by the rules applicable in KINGDOM OF THE NETHERLANDS. After that, data is deleted or anonymized where possible.

We do not sell personal data. We only share information with providers that run technical services (hosting, messaging) under confidentiality duties, or when the law requires it.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of data by contacting support through the chat on the site. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
